Cell c did not do enough to assist me. My emails just comes back i must phone cell c.

Cell c charged me penalties for late payment which was not my fault as i phoned them to tell them the situation. I was not aware that my payment went up from R520 TO R537. So not enough was left in my account for them to take off. I phoned them several times to explain what happened and told them to take off double the next month, which they did. Then the following month they again took off more, this time R607.00. When i phoned what the extra was for, they told me its for late payment. And they also would not let me upgrade, because my score was low. i never skipped a payment in all the years and this is what i get from cell c. A service which a paid for every month.
