cell c did it again (cant win )

Hi I was contacted by cell c for a mobile deal pacage of 10 g per day and 10 g at night.

All good i went ahead with it and took me a week to activate it because they keep you on hold for 45 min at a time from one department to another. i then got it activated and phoned them back to cap my line just before the 10 gigs are reach which i was informed was done , a week ago i phone them (another 45min ) waiting on the line from one department to the next to find out what my balance was and they operator told me sorry sir you have a 5 gig package . i have informed her to have them contact me to sort it out and listen to the tellephone conversation which is recorded she assured me this wil be done.

Now a week later no one has contacted me i have stopped using the wifi as its not what i wanted. next call is cancel the contract and i have 3 contracts with them.
