Cell C dicy deals

Cell C has by far the most *********** agents in the country. Or they are s****fully trained to act *********** so Cell C gets time where clients have to pay for data they cannot use and then expires!!! In my view it is nothing less than THEFT!! I requested an upgrade and received a faulty LTE router. (Probably why it was on promotion) Given up on having the router replaced I requested the upgrade to be cancelled. A clueless agent then logged a request for 15G data that I NEVER requested. For 2 months they debit my bank account WITHOUT consent knowing I do not have the router to use the data. After 30 days the data expires. It is nothing else than THEFT. Sofisticated way of *****ING from clients. The agents refuse to give call reference numbers or formal invoices to see what they billed me for. (statements only) Anyone should think twice before trusting “cell ********” with any deal!!! You will end up paying 24 months for the contract and not able to use the sevice.
