Cell C dialaguard app

I wanted a phone with a contract and in the process of applying for the phone, they said to me I should give them my bank account details there's an app called "dialaguard" that will be installed in my phone for safety purposes and I'll have to pay R97 monthly for a year for that app. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the contract phone but for some very odd reasons they debit the R97 every month from my account even though I don't have their phone with me and I'm not accessing their app. Tried disputing this debit order but I can't. Please help me
