Cell C device insurance pathetic service

The device insurance arm of this company has no concept of service. Notwithstanding paying the insurance amount every month and the excess, I am still without a device. If you want to spend your days listening to many hours of ‘put you on hold’ and live without a phone, then take out Cell C insurance. If not, go elsewhere.
