CELL C DEVICE INSURANCE FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So 13th January my screen om my Huawei y7 2019 broke. I took the phone to Cell C Cape Gate where we filled out the paper work, the agent removed my sim card and damaging it. so I was informed my phone will be away from me for 7-14 working days max.

So after 3 working days I received a text statting that Cell C has received my phone and will be in contact with me shortly. Another working days past and finally i phoned Cell C and they gave me the quote for the screen repair and said that they are waiting on device insurance to give them go-ahead.

I then started phoning the Cell C device insurance and they said that they did not have all my paper work, everyday they would only ask for 1 page to be mailed as they did not have any of my paperwork. Eventually last week they said my Access was R100. I paid the access and thursday20/02/2020 Cell C still haven't repaired my phone due to insurance not paying or giving go-ahead. Ive been billed for two months, not evebn having a phone nor the sim, I've mailed Cell C device insurance about 15 times just to get unsatisfactory excuses. When I get my phone back I'd rather cancel my insurance with Cell C as they are quick to take money for services rendered but once they don't do what they are suppose to you must sit and suffer in silence.

I'm in sales and earn my salary according to my comission, so thanks to Cell C, I wont be able to make ends meet as they promised me a courtesy phone and still did not deliver, i ended up buying a cheap phone last week.

Cell C just know this, I wont leave this here, I'm currently talking to the ombudsman as well as my lawyer for this pathetic breach of your own clauses and promises.

Stop appointing people who just works for a salary and dislikes talking to customers and cannot assist custormers with their queries and PS: they talk smack to their collegues about me while I'm on the line and can hear them loud and clear mocking me!!!

UNEXCEPTABLE

CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END AS THIS HAS BEEN THE UTTER WORST SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE USE OF CELL C, ESPECIALLY CELL C DEVICE INSURANCE!!! LOAD OF *****, PLEASERS AND CON-ARTISTS!!!!!!
