Cell C Device insurance complaint
To everyone who still wants to take out device insurance with cellc, they shouldn't consider it. They are bunch of croocks with a bad customer service. I logged a claim on the 26th of October 2024 they refused to give an ITC reference number and they informed that I shouldn't do a sim swap as they are still reviewing my claim. Today I have been informed by the agent Sindi Khoza that my claim has declined. When I asked for the reason she was very rude to me not willing to answer all my questions she referred me to the store and disconnected my call whilst I was talking.
