Cell C Device Insurance BAD service

Good day,

Could you please please assist me as I am being told stories each time I follow up with regard to insurance claim (Ticket Number: 853487). My business is really inconvenienced by the delay caused.

I am now told that the iPhone 12 Pro 256G cannot be ordered as it is not in the catalog and I am only told this information when I called to enquire regrading the progress on my claim.

Can someone with powers please help me out.

Could you please please prioritise the matter and treat it as an urgent matter as I have been waiting for long and I am losing revenue each day without the smart phone.
