Cell c Device insurance
Cell c device insurance is the worst...I did a claim on November and paid the access fee on on 22.11.2020, they said I must wait 5 to 7 working days and I did. Only to find out that the store I was going to get my device at was closed ...my device ended being delivered on Ndofaya store in Soweto. Today it's the 8th no device, no assistance told they waiting for their management and the worst part is I'm traveling today without a phone I won't be around pe and I don't know when will I get my phone. The agents there knows nothing and they are not helpful, while it's their fault they entered a wrong address for the couriers

Instead of getting a call saying my has been collected and on its way to PE, i get a call that my phone is not yet collected in Ndofaya and i must come collect it and no one has made the means or anything....poor poor poor and disgusting service from tge cell c team, i am so disappointed
