Cell c device insurance

I made an insurance claim for my Cellphone on the 1st of October 2023 at Cell C in Promenade mall Cape Town. I was assisted by a lady called Lydia. I was given a store number to whatsapp so that i can get a reference i did that and no one rep****. On Sunday the 8th October went back to the store just to get a reference which was not available not sure if my documents were sent. I only received the reference for my claim when i got home that Sunday. I phoned the device insurance company World Wide Advisory Services and they asked for a motivation letter which i also emailed. The last updated was on the 14th October saying the claim is being processed and till now no feedback from cell c or this company ref ***. Not sure if i was paying my money for nothing for the past 3 years with Cell C. I'm really dissapointed with you cell c right now.
