Cell C device insurance

On the 04 August I took in my phone for screen repairs at a Cellc store. Insurance policy is : 7-14 days waiting period for feedback after claim has been reviewed. I’ve been calling them to check and there has been no progress. Their only response is that they are still waiting for feedback. Currently paying for a phone that’s not even with me
