CELL C DEVICE INSURANCE
I submitted my claim and me device at Cell C on the 3rd of October and I paid the excess fee on the 25th of October. They told me it is going to take 7-14 days to repair the phone but to date I haven't received my phone . I have to be constantly on the phone to get mere feedback from their consultant .
I am not happy at all
