Cell C determined to take money

<p>Just spoke to cell c again, they are insisting on debiting our account despite us having cancelled our account in October. We were **** to when they said our account was cancelled. We were not given any reference number at the time, due to us not being able to produce a reference number, they refuse to believe that we requested cancellation, which is tantamount to accusing us of lying. Later when we logged a complaint, we were given a reference number which turned out to be ****, since there is no record of it. We are unable to get any recordings of the calls we've made to cell c. Since we continued to receive benefits on the contract as it was not cancelled when requested we are being charged. In our dealings with cell c, we cannot help but come to the conclusion that their incompetance gives them an excuse to continue taking money that they are not entitled to. In addition, since they have threatened us with legal action, it seems like ******ion. Their operators have been dishonest in their dealings with us, their service has been terrible, and since they have just debited my account, I feel that I have been ******. It will be interesting to see if they respond with anything other than the **** generic apology that most of the reveiws we've read have received.</p>
