Cell C destroying my life

I have been trying to get assistance from Cell C legal department for over a year now with no success. Cell C flagged my name for ***** at the SAFPS and now I can't get a bond at the bank to buy my first home.

My data contract was *******ly upgraded in 2019 on the Cell C website and someone took out a phone in my name. I don't understand why I have to pay for Cell C's inferior online security. Cell C should have been able to do the necessary investigations by now to find that I had nothing to do with the upgrading of that contract and clear my name.

I never missed one payment when I had a contract with Cell C and the treatment they are now giving me is very unfair. I need my name cleared at the SAFPS immediately.
