Cell C destroyed my life
I posted a review a week ago, Cell C contacted me and I was told that will be called on a daily basis until my issue is resolved, I was only called 2 times and that was it. My issue is still not resolved.
I paid off my contract last year May and have been struggling to get an account paid up letter ever since. This issue has now affected my credit score as it appears as though I have been missing payments to Cell C. Cell C is destroying people's lives. I have sent countless emails to their collections department and non have been responded to.
I feel sorry for people that are still using their services.

24 Apr 2024, 09:20I was not consulted on the 20th and the 21st, the consultant called me after posting this review. Even then she promised to contact me on a daily until this issue is resolved and again, I didn't here from Cell C again yesterday, the 23rd of April 2024.
You need to give your clients direct access to your collections and cancelations department, not email but a telephone contact number.

24 Apr 2024, 10:25The agents i through to when calling that number tell me that they cannot put me through to collections as they do not have a number for collections, they also communicate via email which are never responded to.
