Cell C ***** department no feedback

We app**** for a bond and were informed that we owed Cell C money on a contract and that it was written off, sa home loans said they couldn’t assist us untill they receive a letter of clearance from Cell C . We have never had a Cell C contract all we got was an account number in my wife’s name no cell phone number. We then did an affidavit and sent this with her id to ***** query at Cell C. You cannot phone the ***** department only email them out entire bond process is on hold I have called customer services and asked to speak to a human bit you can only use the email. Surely there must be a person we can speak to to find out if the documents have been received and where we are in the process as our entire application is on hold untill Cell C speak to us . I spoke to a consultant today and demanded to speak to a manager she said he would call me when I asked for his name she told me should couldn’t give it according to the POPI act I questioned this as it is a Cell C representative and surely not covered under the popi act.
