Cell C Denies MY PAYMENT and Debits AGAIN

Cell c debits my account on the 30th of November , and tries to debit again on the 1st and denies it saying the one of the 30th did not reflect. I send my bank statement clearly showing the debit amount and still Thapelo Eugene Mokoape insist that i go to the bank to get an approval \bank stamp that it was paid. Mean time i also send him a statement that i receive monthly from them "CELL C \"" Clearly showing payment and i get no response from them. Then 5 minutes ago yet another debit goes off my account while i am still waiting for the Previous quiry to be Solved. I DO NOT Know if they are running a **** or what or their trying to ***** innocent peoples Money. BE WARNED IF YOU GUYS WANT CONTRACT WITH CELL C THINK TWICE. """
