Cell C demands money when account was closed off

hello Peter<br> <br> please assist, my wife had a cell c contract which ended end August after cancelling with Cell C, This number was changed over to pre-paid. It is now months later that Cell C demanding money with threatening letters.<br> My wife's account was paid off and up to date with payment with No outstanding balances.Cell C accounts department staff does not know what they are doing and very ***********.
