Cell C demands customer to pay for their mìstake
Cell C is refusing to cancel charges after contract cancellation. It is their mistake for not stopping to bill my account after I paid off the debit in my account after contract cancellation. They billed me for 3 months after contract cancellation, now they demand that I pay for their mìstake.

Thank you for contacting us.
Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis

08 Oct 2020, 15:04I called not once but several times. I was told to settle the balance in order for the contract to be cancelled, that time it was R900+ even though I was no longer using your services. I settled the amount as advised, but someone did not stop the bill, but I must pay for someone's error.
