Cell C Delivery Mess-up

I placed an order on line for a Cell C contract phone, about a month ago. On Thursday 2015-12-04, a courier showed up at my chosen delivery address, without prior notification. My dad was there, offering to phone me as I could be there within 30 minutes. However, the arrogant and rude delivery guy told my dad that he is not prepared to wait. That same afternoon, I received a text message that they will deliver the next day (Friday 06-12-2015 and that I should be available between 08:00 and 17:00. I then put in a day's leave at work and waited the whole day, but no sign of the delivery. Two weeks went by and yesterday 2015-12-14, I received another text message that they will deliver today, 2015-12-15. Once again, a day's leave from work, waited the whole day, and nothing. They can now send my phone to my closest branch (Kollonade). I'm done, no more waiting for a delivery! I give them until Friday 2015-12-18 by C.O.B., after that I will cancel the deal with immediate effect.
