Cell C delivery department should still answer a call after 4 hours of holding on

Pains me to write this as I have been a loyal customer of Cell C, but the latest upgrade has made me question this.

They are very keen to rope you in for another 2 years on an upgrade but then don't deliver the handsets, but don't try to call, because all the consultants say the only thing they can do is put you through to the delivery department. Been holding on for over 4 hours cumulative without my call being answered, one call was an hour and half!!!!!

Also don't try and follow their advice of sending an email to customerservice, I have over 5 case numbers now without any real response from Cell C.

I am embarrassed now after suggesting to 2 friends they should consider moving to Cell C, I hae to tell them don't bother
