Cell C delivers wrong phone and doesn't collect it.

<p>On 13 March Cell C delivered an IPhone 5 to me instead of the Samsung J5 that I ordered telephonically. In spite of daily telephone calls and emails they still have not collected the wrong phone. They have promised 'URGENT COLLECTION ' the past 4 days keeping me on constant standby and have not kept their word.</p> <p>Their service has been ***********, rude and loaded with false promises.</p>

Thank you for the speedy response. I have been contacted by the relevant department several times to no avail and must insist that an informed manager with contacts me.
