Cell C, delivers

<p>I would like to thank Cell C and particularly Skhumbuzo Ndlovu on delivering on the promise he made.</p> <p>I had previously spoke to another retentions advisor called Nathan who would not listen to my request and was hard headed about the "procedure". After my facebook complaint Skhumbuzo listened to me, he did his best to try retain business for the company and after realising that I was not to be swayed he did what any good business minded person should do and agreed to assist cancel my contract so that I may move on with my life and number. Due to this act I will still recomend Cell C to others who's needs are in line with what Cell C has to offer, unfortunatley our relationship no longer had the same future. ☺</p>
