CELL C delivering my package to *****stars

In March, I ordered the 20gig promotion with CellC. I gave them the address where the package was supposed to be delivered but I never received the package. They started debiting my account about two weeks ago. When I call to enquire about this debit order, they say that someone received my package. The ***** case was opened with their ***** department. Even after the ***** case was opened they continue to debit my account. If there is someone who received my package *******ly, I dont know which ID, proof of address or bank statement did this person use when receiving this package. CellC is sending me from pillar to post when I request for the refund. I just want my refund because I never used this package. I dont even want their package because they failed to protect my information.
