Cell C deleted my WhatsApp without my permission
Cell C deleted my business WhatsApp last night without any warning or even asking my permission. I do not use that number regularly so I cannot get the OTP via SMS to receive the OTP to have access to that number. That number, with all my contacts, is my livelihood and I cannot recover those contacts. I need access to that WhatsApp number again. This is not WhatsApp's issue, it is Cell C's issue because I received notification that someone else requested an OTP for my number and I am assuming they downloaded a new WhatsApp. Nevertheless, I need access to that number again. This is not acceptable.
