Cell C deit order
My mother is being charge for a contract phone that she cancelled 3 months ago, till date they when she calls shes being told that she did not cancel, when she requests a recording for the 1st time she cancelled it, they say they found it and nothing has been said about cancellation and yet the recording is not shared with her so she can listern, they have not done anything to help her so far, last call she did they told her they will investigate the matter, so does this mean they will investigate until her next payment month.
she needs to be re-inburst the three months debit that was charged to her as she has cancelled the contract and yet they still debit it every month

18 Mar 2021, 15:17*** 089 - she is charged R155 extra, when she calls and ask why is she charged this, people in call center say that its one of the contracts that she did not cancel, apearently yesterday she got a call saying it was cancelled but no confirmation was send to her before but when she ask why is she being charged an extra R155, they say tthey cannot see it on their system, she reversed the R155 that she was charged extra last night.

18 Mar 2021, 16:05she 1st cancelled in december to when she took a router not sure when exactly in december, then she was debited cancellation fee in January, then apearently she was charged R155 from Feb till currently, when she followed up on feb, they said its for a sim swap, she asked what sim swap but she wasnt answered, she let that go then she was debited again in march, then she called again, the call center agent said she did not cancel one of her contract wich she did cancel in december.
there was just a lot of back and furth which no one is helping her so solve this issue, if possible can you call her on ***, thats her direct line
