Cell C De*****ing me!!!

I contacted Cell C in June to do a new contract everything went well but the device was never delivered. I called countless times to get the device delivered and eventually was told two different stories. 1st story: The device was returned because it was not delivered. 2nd story: The device was delivered and the number is activated and works. I actually doubled checked that via the Cell C Maponya branch and they confirmed that the contract is active. In August I was double debited for the phone I do not have, I disputed this and requested the refund. I was told to prove that I did not receive the device. Baffled, I told Cell C to log a ***** investigation to prove where I signed for the so called package. Still no feedback on that end. Now Cell C is refusing to refund me and insists I have a phone contact that was never delivered to me!!! This most frustrating part is Cell C has no clue what actually happened and now are trying to pin this on me. I want my refund Cell C and I want that contract CANCELLED!!!
