Cell C de*****ing customers
<p>I have upgraded two of my three contract 2 months before the contract expiry date. The upgrade process went as well as expected. Both packages changed due to the excisting packages the contracts was on has been discontinued (or so I was told). When I received my July statement did I notice that I was billed for June and July on the same invoice for the new packages but have already been billed for June on the June invoices. When I contacted the customer care line was I informed that no billing credit can be done on the top up packages and it is normal to get billed DOUBLE when upgrading your contract. What a cleaver way to ***** from you customers. Be asured that my third contract will be cancelled when the cntract expires and the remaining two will not be renewed when the time comes.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I do understand the requirement of security checks when a customer phone in for support or
queries. When you contact an already upset customer and start the conversation with more questions is not the correct way calm a customer down and to ensure them that you will be able to resolve the problem. Maybe Cell C should take the money that they are overcharging their customers and spent it on improving customer relations.
You have made my choise to renew or cancel my expiring contract real easy.
