CELL C - DEFINITELY A NO GO!

I will NOT recommend Cell C to anyone!

After I cancelled both my cellphone contracts (a year ago) Cell C keeps on taking debit orders off from my bank account. When I phone Cell C customer services to help me they transfer me from one department to another, when I finally reach a operator that works with the contract cancellations the line drops. I have send many emails to no avail!!

Absolutely poor service, yet they keep on collecting money for two contracts that was cancelled and the numbers is not even in use anymore!!

Fast to call to rub a contract off on you for money, yet they cannot sort their own admin out!

So I wonder who has to stand in for the fees that they keep on deducting from my account and who is going to pay for the bank fees, cause now I have to go in to the bank to reverse the debit orders monthly and there is also cost related...properly not Cell C?

CELL C IS DEFINITELY A NO GO!!
