Cell c defective I phones

<p><br />Good day</p> <p>I have a problem with the network provider cel c .they sold me a contract I phone which is a pre used and that was not explained to me.<br />The phone worked a month and started freezing and having no network which basically means it doesn't work.</p> <p>I called them and told them I need a new phone as the phone they gave me is second hand and was not communicated to me.the consultants I get just get rude and keep passing me on from line to line and get defensive.<br />I have told them to go as far as listening to their recorded calls to dertemine that whoever sold me this phone was so interested in making a sale instead of selling me a quality product.<br />i don't not understand why I must leave money on my account for them to debit on a phone which I basically can't use because it's defective .<br />Please assist<br />Yours sincerely <br />Marvelous Ngomane <br /> ********** 192</p>
