See letter from lawyers sent in March 2025. " We act as legal advisors and mediators for Mr. M.D.M, who holds a legal insurance policy underwritten by ABSA Insurance Company Ltd.

Our client’s policy was *****ulently upgraded around October 2024, without his consent. He promptly reported the matter to Cell C, and your office confirmed in February 2025 that the agreement would be terminated.

Despite this, Cell C has continued to deduct premiums from our client’s account as of September 2025—despite acknowledging that he neither authorised the upgrade nor renewed his contract.

We demand immediate cancellation of the agreement and a full refund of all unauthorised deductions. This matter requires urgent attention.
