CELL C Deducts money from Account and refuse to Refund

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the funds deducted from my account for services I did not receive. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive a refund or a satisfactory explanation.

I request a prompt investigation into this matter and a full refund for the unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to explore further action and contact the ombudsman
