Cell c deducting too much

<p>I have upgraded with Cell C early January for samsung j5 at 229 per month,to my suprise they are now deducting the amount of R272 on the 15 th sometimes even later than that instead of deducting on the 25 of every month as per our agreement.i called them several times and they promise to come back to me till to date,im very much unhappy of their service cause even the data provided it finishes on the second day the top it up,Can you imgine paying for no data as promise,they deducting the amount we did not greed on and plus their data get finish before i even use them,Thats a day light *******,i need this to be sorted before i take further steps.</p>
