Cell C - deducting payment after contact was cancelled

I cancelled a data contract with Cell C in September and my last payment went off at the end of September (after serving a month's notice). Another deduction was made from my account this month. After cancelling it I phoned back and confirmed that it was cancelled. This is so frustrating.
