Cell C deducting more money than authorized
Cell C are deducting a higher amount than I authorized in my contract. They say they sent me an SMS on the 6 February informing me of the change. I DID NOT GET AN SMS. I would not have authorized any change to my contract. I did not get any SMS and they are just not being honest. Wonder how many other cell c customers are in this situation.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
