Cell C deducting monthly fees from my Edgars Acc

Cell C have been deducting subscription fees off my Edgars Account of which I do not have any agreement with them. Neither do I receive the benefits of that subscription. This has been going on since August 2015. I have been in store to report and get a reimbur*****t to no avail. Please assist me. They said I accepted a contract from them through a cellphone call, that is a lie. I am so tired of fighting for my money. I have asked them to prove to me or at least tell me where the air time is going, they cannot either.
