Cell C deducting money without permission

I want to know form Cell C head Office, how is it possible that you cannot cancel my contract, which I apparently took out in 2011 for ONE month? Reason why you cannot cancel the contract is because I am one month in arrears with my payment, which has been going off of my account for 7 years instead of ONE month. I disputed the debit order last month because I have NO idea what I am paying for, because I am a Vodacom client. Please explain?

Also, how is it that I NEVER received any feedback or communication for 7 years from you? No e-mail, no phone call, no sms, nothing and the number for the contract is disconnected for years? But you deduct money form my account every month without my permission.

I want my money back because you had no permission to deduct from my account for 7 years, it was supposed to be 1 month.
