Cell c deducted money without permission

This is my e-mail to cell c:<br> <br> Please note that I cancelled my contract that have expired 15 Oct on the 20 Aug 2015, see my case number.<br> <br> No one of cell c ever phoned me or e-mailed me to say I'm only allowed to cancel it in 30days before contract expires.<br> <br> No one cancelled my contract as I requested in Aug. for Oct. And now Cell c only cancelled it today,just because I phoned<br> And now Cell c wants a payment for November. PLEASE SEE MY ATTACHED STOP ORDER!!! It's not My fault and I will not pay,<br> For November. I'm reporting Cell c to the ombudsman and hello peter. If Cell c try to blacklist me, I will take this much further.<br> <br> I'm waiting for your phone call from a manager.<br> <br> 23/11/2015: No one ever phoned me on the number I gave on the e-mail.<br> I just log into my bank account and I see they deducted money from a other cell c account, without permission from me or my bank. I think this is ***** to just deduct money without permission and after I signed and send Cell c the stop order!! <br>
