Cell C deducted money out of my Personal account without my permission - *****

<p>Good Day</p> <p> I recently took out the “Bring your own device” contract for R199 per month. On 25th August an amount of R835.00 was deducted out of my Personal bank account. I contacted you on Facebook and a Consultant phoned me and then we realised there was 2 contracts on my name.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never said yes to the “Recurring Data Extenda bundle” and the consultant who assisted me confirmed that I did not say yes for this bundle. You also confirmed that the deduction was an error and that I will be refunded of R636.00 into my personal account within 5 -7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday, 05 September 2016 I phoned and the lady said “No Cell C are not going to refund the money into my personal account but into my Cell C account” I don’t want the money in my Cell C account. I did not give you permission to deduct an extra R636.00 out of my account.</p> <p>If I did not raise this issue this month you would have deducted more money out of my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in contact with Cell C since since 26 August 2016 regarding this issue, phoning everyday, sending messages on Facebook and everytime i'm promised that a Consultant will phone me. I have not received any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really frustrated at this moment and i'm considering Legal action. I DID NOT GIVE CELL C PERMISSION TO ADD A SECOND CONTRACT ON MY NAME AND TO DEDUCT THAT EXTRA MONEY OUT OF MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back in my account.</p>
