Cell c deducted money and I don’t have an account with them anymore

I have cancelled my cell c contract 4 months ago paid it in full and last month they deducted a fee which I left and this morning they deducted again it's now over R800, I want my money paid back to me, I want the Manager to contact me urgently. As this is BS.
