CELL C deducted money and I do not have a contact

Good Day<br> <br> Name: Joyce Leso<br> ID: ***<br> Tel#: *** / ***<br> <br> Please assist<br> I had cancelled my contract with cell c in November 2015 and received a confirmation that the contract was cancelled.<br> To my surprise I saw R157 deducted from my account on the 26th Jan<br> I contacted 084143 and was advised to dial 145 which I did<br> I holded there forever and I gave up. I though it was the last payment pending so I let it go.<br> <br> This morning I received a credit report and pick up that I have a contract with cell c<br> I do not have any contracts with cell C anymore and this is ruining my credit. report.<br> <br> Please sort this and refund me my money.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Joyce Leso<br>
