Cell C deducted funds without providing the service for April or May 2021

I'm still waiting for a response as to why I was deducted on my account *** the wifi for the month of R215 as I was in the credit for the month of April and May and I received NO SERVICE. I said that if I didn't get a response back from your office with either a credit into my account that I would have my contract cancelled immediately. Now I'm giving Cell C the opportunity to do the right thing her and that is honor by either crediting my account or if my services aren't valuable then my request stands as the beginning of the month of May 2021. Contract to be ended immediately.
