I have a contract with cell c this morning i bought air time of R12 and R5...so I can buy bundles...I received an sms saying \Your request could not be processed. Please try again later."....when I check my balance it says I have no air time as well as bundles...when I call I spoke with Minentle who told me that I was using internet when I ask the website because I didnt surf net then R14.50 was deducted when I ask about the R5 she tells me aswell that site did deduct it...then she tells me its confidential for me to know which site is it...now tell me what the hell is that"""
