Cell c declined upgrade due to debt review

I am trying to upgrade a contract. I've been with cell c for almost 8 years now. I am currently under debt review, and now cell c is declining my request to upgrade. They upgraded this contract before multiple times while I was under debt review, so I do not know what the issue is now. I have never missed a payment. When you call the call centre all they can tell me is that I am due for an upgrade. You cannot phone the acquisitions department directly so nobody can actually explain to you why this is done. Your cellphone contract is not part of the debt review contract as you put it in as your monthly expenses. As I explained I have never missed a debit order and Cell c is discriminating against people that are under debt review. This is no way to treat a loyal customer.
