Cell C decided to ignore me

The response was that they will contact me, so far nothing. I have been waiting for that call hoping that they have realized who is at fault by now. No they are now quiet, but they get their close to R1000.00 contract payment every month for a phone I am claiming that I have been paying insurance for, which they are denying after they checked and found the email that was allowing them to amend the premium for. Because I am small fry to them they are just ignoring me. I was thinking they would at least stop my payment pending investigation or some kind of customer care. Cell C is talking change, bringing change to the brand. That is just talk and no action.
