<p>Cellc *********l guarantee and warrants.</p> <p>While within guarantee and warrant period my son's sony handset was malfunctioning taken to cellc stores short term fixed until completely dead. From here it was dropped at Cellc eastgate store, took 12 days to reach a repair desk at woodmead Cellc, took further a week to be attended to by an assigned technician and told when to collect. I went to collect, only to be shocked it was not repaired Cellc raised a sham quotation of some R2400 to support its ******* it raised a number of untested excuses to evade costs coming with guarantee & warrantee alternatively fund raising, one is that it had chip at the bottom suggest it fell so damaged which is a white lie. This was disputed to which the dispute was referred to the helpless office of the ombudsman which not even acknowledged receitpt. A second month later i was sent a form to elect whether i accept or decline the quotation. I rep**** i am not in a position to make an election because i did not come there to ask for quotation but warrantee. Around 14 Sept. 2016 i received a message to collect the phone noting returned unrepaired. It has since on 18 Sept. been collected. I remain strongly aggrieved by shoddy Cellc deceipt wondering how many more.</p>
