Cell C debuting canceled contracts

I canceled my month to month contract with cell C in August, the last payment was said to be end of Sep. They double debited me in Sept, I thought it was because they had to add cancelation fees or something. This month again they debited a extra 155 for what I do not know. I just want my money back, every cent.
