Cell C debts my account and I have no contract

This is a numerous request to Cell C, to stop debiting my account. I have no contract with Cell C. I have been to the Cell C shop they have checked my ID number as it shows i have no contract. <br> Every time a debt order goes out of my account it charges me. Every time I do a reversal they charge me for that. <br> I have sent my bank statement to cell C showing them the transaction but they dont care. <br> <br>
