Cell C debt review upgrade refusal Disgusting company

Were to even begin with this disgusting company.

I have been a client with cell C for almost two decades and the level of service is disgusting.

Cell C somehow now states that if you under debt review you can not upgrade you contract even though you staying with the same amount you spend on the contact every month. then please tell me how I was able to upgrade two years ago whilst still under debt review.

I would love to move away from this horrid service provider and id NEVER NEVER recommend Cell C to anyone I would never want another person to go through the same struggles as I am with a company as bad as cell c.

And to top it all off Cell C does not even stock iphones anymore I wonder why !!!!

We do appreciate your loyalty and understand your frustrations. However, as per the new Upgrade process, we cannot renew a contract for customers under debt review.
