CELL C debits an empty bank account. Leaving that account I the negative.

So I have a contract with Cell C. I haven't been paying my monthly contract ever since the lockdown began that is because I LOST MY job. For the last 5/6 months Cell C have been tryung to debit money from my ACCOUNT- payments that are outstanding but each debit order has been markes as unsuccessful due to the fact that im BROKE because of COVID 19. However, on the morning pf 1 August 2020, they debitesd R13k worth os outstanding payments from my account but there is a problem - i didnt have a single cent in my account. FNB has not marked the debit order as unsuccessful; infact they have marked it as successful and noq my bank account in the negative ny R13l K. Yesterday I spoke to Cell C and asked them to reverse R13k that they debited. They said they would do so provided that I send them a letter of employment from my employer stating that I haven't been working since the lockdown and also stating that I will not be working anytime soon in the forseaable future. CELL C also asked that I send them a 3 months bank statement that proves that I have not been getting a salary for the last 3months. I haven't heard from them ever since.

What's worse is that FNB helped CELL C in taking my money from my account. Money that I don't have.
